Once our crews complete the retrofit our in-house structural engineer will provide an engineer certification report which will be sent directly to your loan officer.

If you are a mobile/manufactured home owner and are looking to refinance or if you are purchasing a mobile/manufactured home which is not up to FHA/VA/HUD federal standards you will be required to meet the standards according to, Permanent Foundations Guide for Manufactured Housing.
Our complete retrofit system starts at $1200 and will take only a day to install. Plus we offer a 5% discount if you pay same day of installation.
In addition to the retrofit system our in-house structural engineer's fee in most cases is $450.
Once we receive the order for the retrofit we usually have your project completed in 2-5 business days including the engineer certification.
Each and every one of our retrofit projects is carefully and professionally inspected and signed off by a structural engineer.
